Refunds and Cancellations
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, billing disputes, and subscription access are handled for Bullion Brains digital products and services.
1. Nature of Service
Bullion Brains provides digital services, including access to online dashboards, analytical tools, research features, reports, and subscription-based product functionality. Because these are digital access services, refunds are generally evaluated based on whether access has already been provisioned and used.
2. Cancellation by Customer
You may request cancellation of your subscription before the next billing cycle. A cancellation request will usually stop future renewals, but it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, invoice, or a written commercial agreement.
If access has already been granted for the active billing period, your subscription benefits may continue until the end of that period unless we state otherwise in writing.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in limited situations such as:
- Duplicate payment or accidental double charge.
- Payment captured but service not provisioned due to a verified technical issue.
- Charge made after a valid cancellation request was already processed.
- Any case where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly promised by us.
Except in the cases above, fees for activated digital subscriptions, consumed services, promotional plans, or completed billing cycles are generally non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after subscription activation.
- Partial use, low usage, or non-usage of the service during an active billing term.
- Failure to cancel before the renewal or billing date.
- Losses arising from trading decisions, market movements, or reliance on platform outputs.
- Account restrictions or termination caused by a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
5. How to Request a Refund or Billing Review
To request a refund or dispute a billing issue, please email support@bullionbrains.com with your registered email address, payment date, transaction reference, invoice details, and a short explanation of the issue.
We may ask for supporting evidence before approving a refund or credit. Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment source within a commercially reasonable period, subject to banking and payment-partner timelines.
6. Failed, Reversed, or Disputed Payments
If a payment fails, is reversed, charged back, or is reported as unauthorised, we may suspend the relevant subscription or account access until the matter is resolved. We may also share limited transaction information with payment partners, banks, or legal authorities where reasonably required.
